Over the past 6 months I have worked with Alexandre and Alyona in various capacities; initially as couples therapists for my partner and I, then I began (and continue) to work with Alexandre for individual therapy, and most recently with both of them again in the context of psychedelic assisted therapy.

Words are inadequate to describe the depth and power of the work I have done with them.

Within the context of couples therapy, both of them held such beautiful space, helping my partner and I get to the feeling roots of our conflicts, making room to honor both of our experiences and helping us avoid pitfalls such as trying to be "right". They also employed a number of somatic exercises which were a refreshing complement to more verbal forms of processing.

As an individual therapist, Alexandre has supported me in making some very profound and life affirming changes. I have had a few wonderful therapists over the course of my life, but I don't know if I've ever experienced the kind of growth I've seen during my work with Alexandre. He has a beautiful way of holding a gentle but steady mirror that helps me connect and step into the highest version of myself.

And I cannot say enough good things about my experience with both Alexandre and Alyona during my psychedelic assisted session. They worked with me for weeks in advance to prepare me for the big day. While I was excited, I also carried a lot of fear, particularly around being in such a vulnerable state. They were so generous in giving their time to help alleviate many of my fears, as well as reassuring me that they would be there to support me no matter what happened.

I have extensive involvement working with psychedelics in other contexts, but I've never had an experience before where I felt so nurtured, held, protected and cared for. Their devotion to this work radiates in every aspect of their being, holding deep respect for the medicine and the process. And yes, they showed up with impeccable attention during the beautiful parts of my journey as well as the not so pretty parts, holding everything with a steady, loving, gentle presence.
